This year Elliot, along with other veterans were honored in his hometown. A ceremony was held dedicating a plaque to all those who served our country and graduated high school in Olathe. Lexie attended the event and took a framed picture of our solider for all to see. I wish we could have been there. Alongside Elliot's name is the year he graduated. I can not wait to make it back to Olathe to see this in person! What an honor!
