Game On

Aiden is now officially old enough to play sports! The moment he has waited his entire 4 years of existence for! He LIVES to play sports! The first league we signed him up for was soccer. Here they play soccer starting in January?! Most days were warm enough to play with the occasional chilly day here and there. We quickly learned that Aiden takes the idea of playing sports (any sport for that matter) very seriously. A majority of the game is spent with him sliding across the field or diving for the ball . . . regardless of how muddy it is or what is in his way. While he has his game face on, the girls and I sit on the side lines fully accessorized and cheer for him and the team! Elliot is generally helping to direct from the sidelines. Now our weeks consist of practices (soccer, t ball, cheer, gymnastics, girl scouts etc) and our weekends consist of games. It would appear that parenthood has set in. The mom taxi company seems to be getting more business than ever before!

Please note Aiden's hair in the above pictures. These were taken JUST after his head had to be shaved. He thought he would hide under his desk at school and give himself a hair cut!!!! The only way to remedy to HUGE chunks of hair that was missing was to go for a full on head shave. I only wish I was joking!
