Just in case you were not aware, Madelyn does tend to get the royal treatment where ever she goes. She has some sort of aura about her that just exudes "I am a princess". I have no clue how she does it but she does!
Her birthday is obviously no exception to this. In fact it tends to bring out the "let's go all out" in me. Luckily for us with my creative skills and one of Elliot's print customers (he handles all the ticketing, printing, marketing etc for a downtown theater in a one of the surrounding communities) we were able to pull out all the stops!
A Red Carpet Event it was. Complete with an actual red carpet for the entrance, paprazzi, her very own personal body guards, and her name on the marquee. We rented out the entire theater and had a private screening of a movie, popcorn, juice boxes, cake, and lots of giggling girls and not so giggly boys. She stood center stage with the spotlight on her as we sang happy birthday! It was quite the afternoon.
Royal treatment for a royal princess. I can not think of a better way to celebrate than to show Madelyn just how much of a star she really is. We love you baby girl!
