From the second any mother finds out she is expecting she just longs for the day when she gets to meet her child. The curiosity of just what she will look like and what her personality will be keeps you going on those days when you think you can not go anymore. After sheer exhaustion sets in there is the thought of that sweet moment when you get to hold your precious little one who is just moments old. Our sweet little Jacquelyn Taylor kept us waiting and waiting and then she made us wait a little more. There were nights leading up her birth that Elliot and I would lay in bed and talk about how wonderful it will be to have another little one in the home and how excited we were to meet her. Proud parents before she even arrived. Finally we met our sweet little girl after 12 hours of labor on August 15th at 11:47 pm. That very moment when you see your child for the first time has to be one of life's greatest moments. I am so grateful I was able to share this moment with Elliot while he was home on leave. Jacquleyn from the moment she was born has been showered with love, hugs, and kisses from Madelyn and Aiden who take their job as older siblings very seriously. She is the perfect addition to our little family and are so grateful to have her here.
